Beautiful Art Nouveau Lady Pewter Tray

This butterfly shaped tray is an excellent example of the Art Nouveau period style. This style is from the late 19th century or the early 20th century. This new piece was imported from England. The tray is fine highly polished pewter. It is decorated with sweeping lines, exotic leaves, berries and a Classic Art Nouveau Lady with long flowing hair that cascades down her body. It is in outstanding condition. It is approximately 12 inches by 6 1/4 inches. The tray has very good details including a beautiful profile and subtle difference in texture that add interest and depth. The lady's nude body and hair act as a handle, as she is raised in an arch almost 3 inches above the tray.  #AN001235  $105.00
